SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Luscious glass bead jewellery purchased in the online shop will be sent by Australia Post within 3 business days of the order being received. Two shipping methods are offered: standard and express. Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page.

 

For Australian customers free standard shipping is offered on purchases $100 and over.

 

For international customers free standard international shipping is available for purchases of AUD$500 and over.  For UK and EU customers please be aware that as a small business I have been unable to afford to comply with your respective country's VAT requirements.  While I have tried to sell through other selling platforms to comply this had been convoluted process and ultimately a waste of time for the customer.  So please be AWARE that any purchase made through this website may be delayed through your respective customs processes and customs duties charged to you.

 

International customers please be aware that any duties payable for international shipments will be at the expense of the buyer.

Australia Post automatically offers insurance up to $100 in value on packages. If you would like extra cover please choose the relevant shipping with extra cover during checkout. Australia Post offer extra cover on domestic packages at $2.50 for each $100 in value over $100 (e.g. if your order total is $150 then you would pay an additional $2.50 for extra cover). For international packages the extra cover rate is $4.00 per $100 in value over the $100 (e.g. if your order total is $210 then you would pay an additional $8.00 in extra cover).

 

A tracking number will be forwarded to you when your items are shipped.

 

The estimated delivery times shown below and at the checkout are those supplied by Australia Post as of June 2021. Please note that delays may occur and are outside of my control.

Australia Standard Post: up to 7 business days

Australia Express Post: 1-3 business days

 

International Standard Post: 12+ business days

International Express Post: 8+ business days

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

It is important to me that you are delighted with your purchase. If however you are not 100% happy with your luscious glass bead jewellery please let me know immediately upon receiving your purchased item. We will work together to reach a solution.

Refund/Exchange

If you would like a refund/exchange you need to contact me within 14 days of receiving the purchased item to let me know that the item is being returned and why. I can only process a refund/exchange once I have received the returned goods with proof of purchase (eg the order confirmation that you received with your purchase). 

 

All returned items must be in original, unworn condition. The jewellery must be packaged safely to avoid any damage and I recommend that you return it in the same manner you received it. Items returned but not received by us cannot be refunded or exchanged. So please make sure to use delivery confirmation. Postage costs are not refundable unless the exchange is due to a fault or an error on my part.

 

 

Faulty Items/ Errors on Our Part

All items are checked before being packed. However, I am human and occasionally a problem may slip through or I may have made an error with your order (e.g. an instruction misread or item missing from order). If you find a fault or an error with the order please contact me within 14 days of receiving the order to let me know. 

 

In the case of a fault I may ask for a photo of the fault to better understand the problem. I may also ask for faulty items to be returned so that I can see what went wrong. In such instances I will cover any postage costs. And of course I will organise a replacement or a refund of the original item.

 

In the case of order errors where we have sent the incorrect item, I may ask you to return it. If this is the case I will cover any postage costs.

 

 

Customised Items

Custom made orders cannot be returned unless there is a fault or if there was an error on my part.

 

 

Items Damaged During Delivery

All items ordered are packaged in display packaging and then postal packaging (e.g. bubble wrap and box). If your item appears to have been damaged during delivery please file a claim with the relevant postal authority. Free delivery and standard does not include insurance. If you would like insurance included in your shipping please choose extra cover when choosing shipping options.
