Custom Orders​

Do you take custom orders?

I certainly do! If you are interested in having a custom luscious glass bead jewellery piece made just for you please send me a message.

Processing Times

When will my package be sent?

Ready made pieces will be sent within 3 business days of receiving the order. A confirmation email will be sent to you along with the tracking number for your package when it is sent.

 

Can you rush my order?

If you need a ready made piece sent asap please contact me before ordering and I'll see what I can do!

 

I have a question about my order

If you have any query about your order please send me a message including your order number and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping & Packaging

How do you ship?

All orders are sent through Australia Post.

 

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Free standard shipping is offered to Australian orders. Free international shipping is offered on orders over AUD$500.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do ship internationally with the exception of the United Kingdom (UK) and countries of the European Union (EU).  For countries outside the UK and EU the shipping is calculated at checkout.  For UK and EU customers I am sorry but due to the costs involved in complying with the new UK and EU VAT rules in 2021 I am unable to sell to you through this website.  I am working on an alternative that will deal with VAT compliance and as soon as I have the information it will be available here.

 

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided when your package is shipped and you can follow it's progress at : www.auspost.com..au/track

 

What customs/import taxes can I expect to pay?

Custom and import taxes are different for each country. Please note that any duties payable for international shipments will be at the expense of the buyer. Contact your local post office to find out about any possible duties/import taxes that may apply to your purchase.

 

My package hasn't arrived/was damaged.

If your package hasn't arrived please use the tracking number provided to track it with Australia Post.

 

If your package arrived damaged please contact Australia Post. Australia Post provides insurance up to $100 package value. If you order value is higher than $100 and you would like it insured please choose your shipping with additional insurance at the time of ordering.

 

Oops! I entered the wrong postal address. Can I change it?

Provided that I haven't already sent your package then yes the address can be changed. Message me with your order number, the old address and the new address and I will update the order. Once the package has been sent the address cannot be changed.

 

Do you gift wrap?

All luscious glass bead jewellery ordered is packaged in Natasha Lenaghan gift boxes.

Can I have a note added to the gift?

You certainly can.  In the checkout there is a box to type in your note.

Returns & Exchanges

It is important to me that you are delighted with your purchase. If however you are not 100% happy with your purchase please let me know immediately upon receiving your purchased item. We will work together to reach a solution.
