Glass bead making practice and life experience came together in my  collection, Resilience. The beads for this collection were hand blown and decorated with the random application of frit (small pieces of glass). The frit represents all those events that life throws at us that we absorb, reshape and continue on demonstrating our resilience.
 
The Resilience Collection marked my first foray into lapel pins.  I handmade the lapel pin from sterling silver and finished it with one of the handblown Resilience glass beads.  The Resilience Luscious Lapel Pin is guaranteed to be a conversation starter.
